Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, products, services, subscriptions, software tools, and digital content offered by Tai Tech LLC ("Tai Tech," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including tai-technologies.com and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Services

Tai Tech provides digital products, software tools, subscriptions, consulting, and custom services. Features may change at any time to improve, maintain, or secure the Services.

AI-generated goods. Certain products — including personalized figurines, custom art, and digital garments ("Custom Digital Goods") — are made to order and produced using artificial-intelligence generation tools from the photographs and/or descriptions you provide. Results are generated and may vary; demonstration pieces shown on the site are examples, and your delivered piece is created individually from your input.

3. Accounts and Access

• You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
• We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, nonpayment, or violations of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• reverse engineer or misuse the Services
• attempt unauthorized access
• disrupt operations or security
• violate laws or third-party rights
• resell or redistribute products unless expressly authorized in writing

5. Intellectual Property & Your License to Custom Digital Goods

The Services, software, branding, site content, and demonstration assets are owned by Tai Tech LLC or licensed to Tai Tech LLC. Software tools and account features are licensed to you on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for permitted personal or internal business use; no ownership of the software transfers to you.

What you get when you buy a Custom Digital Good. When you purchase a figurine, art piece, digital garment, or similar Custom Digital Good, Tai Tech grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual license to download, keep, display, print, and share the delivered files for your own personal, non-commercial use. The delivered files are yours to keep — there is no subscription required to retain access.

Commercial use — including reselling or redistributing the files themselves, using them in paid products or merchandise, or using the outputs to train a machine-learning model — is not included and requires a separate written commercial license (contact tai@tai-technologies.com).

Your uploads. You represent that you have the right to submit any photo or content you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. You keep ownership of what you upload; you grant Tai Tech a limited license to use it solely to produce and deliver your order. See the Privacy Policy for how uploads are handled and retained.

6. Purchases and Payments

• All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (for example, Stripe).
• You authorize charges for purchases, subscriptions, taxes, and applicable fees.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, incorporated by reference into these Terms. For digital goods, no refunds are provided after access/download except where required by law.

8. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. No prorated refund unless required by law or expressly offered.

9. Custom Services & Made-to-Order Goods

Consulting and bespoke contract work are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work, which defines delivery timelines, revisions, and scope.

Made-to-order Custom Digital Goods (figurines, custom art, closet digitization) are produced from your photo and/or description and delivered as digital files to your account Library, typically within 3–5 business days. An optional Rush service (24–48 hours) is available at checkout. Each order includes one round of revisions; further changes or regenerations are treated as a new order. Because these items are custom-made, refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.

10. Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tai Tech LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tai Tech LLC from claims arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations, legal compliance, risk, or security reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action must be brought in courts located in Missouri, USA.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms become effective when posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
