Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Tai Tech LLC.

1. Digital Products & Custom Goods

Because our products are digital, all sales are final once the files are delivered to your account Library or downloaded, except where required by applicable law or as stated below.

Made-to-order satisfaction. Custom Digital Goods (personalized figurines, custom art, closet digitization) are handcrafted to order and include one round of revisions. If your delivered piece materially fails to match the description and/or reference photo you submitted, contact us within 7 days at tai@tai-technologies.com and we will first re-do it using your included revision. If we cannot produce a result that reasonably matches your brief, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial or full refund. This does not cover a change of mind, new requests beyond your original brief, or the inherently variable nature of AI-generated results.

2. Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation remains active through the end of the current billing period. No prorated refund for partial billing periods unless required by law or expressly stated in writing.

3. Services and Consulting

Service payments are governed by the applicable service agreement or statement of work. Refunds, if any, are based on scope completed, milestones delivered, and contract terms.

4. Duplicate Charges / Technical Errors

If you were charged incorrectly or experienced a duplicate charge, contact us within 7 days at tai@tai-technologies.com for review and correction.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve billing issues before filing a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
