• profile and onboarding inputs you submit
• photos, prompts, and descriptions you upload to order a Custom Digital Good

• purchase amount, product/service details, timestamps, order identifiers
• subscription status and billing events

Note: payment card details are processed by third-party payment processors and not stored by us as full card data.

C. Device/Usage Information

• browser type, device type, pages/features used
• IP-related information and logs needed for security and service operations

• provide, operate, and improve services
• authenticate users and secure accounts
• process transactions and deliver products/services
• manage subscriptions, support, and communications
• detect/prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized activity

• payment processors (for example, Stripe)
• AI generation providers (for example, Meshy and RunPod) that process the photo, prompt, or description you submit solely to produce your custom order
• service providers supporting hosting, infrastructure, communications, analytics, and security
• legal/regulatory authorities when required

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use your uploaded photos, prompts, or generated results to train our own or third-party AI models. Third-party generation providers process your input under their own terms; we send them only what is needed to create your order.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for service delivery, legal compliance, dispute resolution, accounting, and security.

Uploads for custom orders (reference photos and prompts) are kept only as long as needed to produce and support your order and are deleted within 30 days after your order is fulfilled, unless you ask us to keep them for revisions or we must retain them to comply with law. Your finished files remain available in your account Library until you delete them or close your account.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of personal data. To submit a request, email tai@tai-technologies.com.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies/local storage/session storage for login, preferences, and essential site functionality.

9. International Transfers

If data is processed outside your jurisdiction, we apply reasonable safeguards consistent with applicable law.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
